We are very excited to bring back this wonderful coffee from La Bandera. The cup has a great texture. Tastes of macademia nuts and alfalfa honey are balanced off by blood orange and notes of yoghurt.

La Bandera is located in the Tarrazu region where you can find some of the finest coffees of the country. The climate and volcanic soil are offering perfect growing conditions. Diego operates his own Micro Mill on site and runs a very focused and quality driven operation.

The honey method is very labor intense: All coffee must be moved regularly during the 14-20 days of drying. We have chosen the microlot that we have enjoyed best last season: La Crema.

Our coffees are roasted rather light to create a fully developed but very clean taste.
